Contractual commitments

The scope of every campaign is defined in a written quotation covering campaign duration, size of the processed base, the minimum qualified-lead rate and, where applicable, the minimum number of confirmed bookings. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contractual offer by itself.

The figures shown in the case study and the daily report panel are illustrative of a typical campaign. Actual results vary with database quality, project type and market conditions.

Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate data that the client owns or is legally authorised to use.
• Nominating a contact person to receive qualified leads and reports.
• Complying with Saudi regulations on data protection and marketing.

Intellectual property

Governing law
