Tele Estate respects the privacy of its clients and of their customers, and protects any information shared with us while delivering outbound calling campaigns.

Data we collect

• Contact details submitted through the quotation form: name, company, mobile number, email and optional project details.
• Client databases provided to us solely for the purpose of running the agreed campaign.
• Basic technical data (browser type, referring page) used to improve site performance.

How we use data

• To answer your request and prepare a quotation.
• To run the agreed calling campaign and produce the daily reports.
• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Before any database is received we sign an NDA that defines the purpose of processing, the retention period, restricted access rights for the delivery team, and our commitment to delete the data from our systems after final handover.

Retention and deletion

Campaign data is retained for the duration of the campaign and until final handover, then deleted within the period set by the contract. Call recordings are kept for quality verification as agreed.

Information security

We apply role-based access restrictions, account protection controls and periodic reviews of who may access each project's data.
